Update....Finally!

It's been awhile since I last wrote. lol And I have had several people ask me when I was going to update my blog.....so I guess now would be a good time. =)

Let's see....alot has changed since my last post. Our project in Shreveport wrapped up. We came home for about a week and then found out we were going to a project in Pennsylvania. We had really mixed feelings about this. We were a little excited because it meant going to new places we had never been together......but we were also upset because neither one of us wanted to be away from friends and family. I had so many thoughts running through my head....we are going to miss so much.....what if I get pregnant....etc. As always though....God is in control. We were scheduled to leave Monday morning....and on Thursday night we got a call from our old company telling us that our old project was starting back up again....and did we want our jobs back?! Well....most people would probably think that is a no brainer....hmmm....stay and work from home....or head to Pennsylvania???? But....for us it was a tough decision to make. We really enjoyed working for this new company and we had made some great friends....and neither one of us wanted to feel like we were letting anyone down. We prayed about it. Slept on it. And both woke up feeling we needed to be at home. It is not often in this field that you have a chance to work from home.....and when it comes up....you should take it. Family and friends are very important to us.....and the longer we can be around them.....the better. Sooooo....needless to say....we are back working in Tarrant County.....we work from home most days.....the people we work with are wonderful....and we are home near family and friends. And of course.....God knew his plans for us.....and we NEEDED to be home.

That leads me to the other big news. I am sure everyone already knows this by now....but we are expecting again. As of right now I am about 11 weeks along. This past Wednesday I had surgery to help me carry this baby. Last time I had a cervical cerclage.....this time they did an abdominal cerclage. I was just released from the hospital on Friday night and have spent all weekend resting. I am very, very sore....and Mike is having to help me do alot. I would normally go into more detail about all of this....but I know that Mike and I have a LONG way to go with this pregnancy. This is our 4th one now. And although we are so excited that God has given us a chance to become parents again....we are also very nervous. I don't really know how often I will update....but I will try. Please keep all three of us in your prayers please.

I know this was a short update....I have alot more to share.....but that's all for today.....=)
